Adzuki and black bean soup

Now this is an easy one..... Serves 6 - 8 1 cup dry Adzuki Beans
1 cup dry Black Beans
1-1/2 cups wild rice
1 16oz can corn
1 lb diced ham
1 large white onion
2 red bell peppers
3 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs Pepper
1 tbs Paprika
1 tbs Cayenne pepper
8 cups water
Beef bullion
Olive Oil

Sort, rinse and soak beans starting the night before or per package instructions. Dice onion, red bell peppers and ham and saute together with garlic in olive oil. Mix the beef bullion with water per bullion directions. Combine all ingredients in a pressure cooker, stir and cook for 25 minutes. Serve with corn bread.
